Blue Springs South Cheer is led by head coach Sonya Gough and includes a committed team of assistant coaches: Kristin Blair, Meg Diddle, Taylor Ocker, and Cathy Sheridan. Coach Gough has been coaching at South for over 15 years, and the assistant coaching staff has over 25 years of combined commitment to the Jaguar Cheer program.

South Cheer has many regional titles, four state titles, and a third-place finish at NCA High School Nationals.
