Over the weekend, Blue Springs South High School Head Baseball Coach Ben Baier was inducted into the Class of 2026 Missouri High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

Coach Baier holds the school record with 307 career wins as a head coach. His teams have won 10 district championships and made 4 Final Four appearances (2014, 2018, 2022, 2025). He also led Jaguars to the 2025 Class 6 State Championship while being selected MHSBCA Class 6 Coach of the Year as well as NHSBCA and ABCA Regional Coach of the Year.
