Jaguar Baseball defeated Kickapoo 2 games to 1 in the Class 6 State Quarterfinal series at Kickapoo this past weekend. The Jaguars fell by a score of 3-1 in Game 1 on Friday evening, won Game 2 by a score of 4-1, and Game 3 by a score of 18-2.

South is now 26-10 on the season and will advance to play Rockhurst in the Class 6 State Semifinals at 1:00pm on Friday, June 5, at Ozark Mountain Sports Complex.

The Jaguars are no strangers to Final Four appearances. This will be the fifth appearance in program history (2014—3rd place, 2018—3rd place, 2022—2nd place, 2025—state champions).
