Blue Springs South High School is excited to announce that Tracy Kempf has been named as head coach of the boys volleyball program. Coach Kempf will assume the head coaching position immediately in preparation for the first boys volleyball season in school history, starting in the spring of 2027. 

“We could not be more excited to welcome Coach Kempf as the first boys volleyball coach here at Blue Springs South.  Tracy brings years of experience coaching at the club and high school levels and she will do a phenomenal job in building our boys volleyball program. Tracy was an instrumental figure in helping bring boys volleyball to Blue Springs South.”  said Activities Director Jimmy Cain.

Coach Kempf is a member of the Counseling Department at South and has 10 years of high school volleyball coaching experience, having spent 9 years as an assistant coach with the Jaguar girls’ volleyball program.

“It is an absolute honor to be part of the first‑ever boys volleyball program at Blue Springs South. My vision is to create an environment built on character, accountability, and pride, while laying the groundwork for generations of Jaguars to come.” said Kempf.
